Sustainable fashion is getting more expensive for everyone, including us. That’s why we’re officially accepting consignment clothing for both adults—and kids!
We’re especially excited to launch HypeKids Consignment because high-quality secondhand kids’ clothes are something so many of us in the Hudson Valley want and need.
Buying and selling consignment helps all shop more sustainably and affordably while keeping our small business strong enough to continue supporting the independent brands, handmade pieces, and accessories you love.
How It Works
1. Drop off your items during buying hours.
2. Our buyers will assess and price the pieces we’d like to take.
3. You’ll receive 40% of the retail value in store credit, loaded onto a gift card.
Your store credit never expires, and you can use it anytime to shop at Hyperbole in Beacon, NY!
Limit of Two Bags
We accept up to two large bags (IKEA-size) per seller per drop-off.
What We Accept
We’re always on the lookout for great pieces that fit our shop’s style! Here’s what we’re currently accepting:

Quality kids’ clothing from newborn to age 10, in good condition
- Vintage adult clothing in all sizes

Select modern adult clothing (we’re a bit pickier about these, but always open to standout pieces!)
All clothing should be for the current season.
Drop Off & Return Later
Once you drop off your items, our team will review and price what we’d like to take. We’ll give you a return time so you can come back when your buy is ready. The wait is typically 20–40 minutes, but on busier days, it can range from 1–3 hours.

We’re currently accepting items on Mondays and Thursdays before 2 PM—but stay tuned for expanded hours! Need a different time? Email info@hyperboleny.com to schedule an appointment.
Store Credit Only
At this time, we offer 40% store credit only, issued as a gift card.
No cash payouts or store accounts—just straightforward store credit that does not expire and does not change, even if we discount the sale price of your item.
